About

๐Ÿ‰ Bio

Iโ€™m a pharmacoepidemiologist and clinical researcher focused on translating complex health data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and support evidence-based decision-making. My work centers on analyzing health and prescription data to understand patterns in care and outcomes and to communicate findings in ways that make science both clear and practical. Iโ€™m especially interested in how real-world evidence can shed light on questions that traditional clinical trials often leave unanswered.

Iโ€™m currently part of a team that designs and evaluates data-driven pharmacy coverage strategies, ensuring that patients have access to the most effective therapies while maintaining affordability and transparency. At the heart of my work is a passion for using data to inform better policy, practice, and patient care.

At the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, I focused on leveraging real-world data to address challenging public health questions. For my graduate thesis, I developed a prescription-based risk score to better understand healthcare spending patterns. Earlier, at the NIHโ€™s Clinical Center, I contributed to AI-driven radiology research, modeling liver fibrosis and refining organ segmentation methods.

Before graduate school, I worked in community health, coordinating research and supporting harm reduction through a syringe services programโ€”an experience that deepened my commitment to health equity and to ensuring care is delivered with dignity and compassion.
